AU-1 LAB - Liquid Applied Air, Water, and Flashing Barrier

AU-1 LAB is a high-performance, single-component liquid applied flashing membrane and fluid-applied air and water barrier.

This low-odor, water-based SBR elastomeric waterproofing barrier creates a permanent, breathable weather-resistive seal against moisture intrusion around building openings.

Use it on rough openings, window and door flashing, penetrations, and broad wall applications as a water and vapor barrier. It bonds without primer to concrete (including green concrete), masonry, stucco, brick, aluminum, vinyl, wood, exterior gypsum, and building envelope systems.

Apply with brush, roller, trowel, or sprayer — no mixing, no primer, soap-and-water cleanup, 18-month shelf life. Tested in accordance with ABAA performance requirements for weather-resistive barrier materials and meets AAMA 714-22 and 714-19 for liquid-applied flashing used to seal exterior wall openings.
